3. Host Responsibilities
As a host, you agree to:

- • Honor confirmed bookings
- • Provide a safe environment for guests
- • Respond promptly to guest inquiries
- • Follow our community standards and hosting guidelines
4. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you agree to:
- • Treat properties with respect and care
- • Follow house rules set by hosts
- • Leave properties in the condition you found them
- • Be respectful to hosts and neighbors
- • Honor confirmed bookings
- • Report any issues or damages promptly
5. Payments and Fees
Guests pay the total price including nightly rates, cleaning fees, and service fees. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Hosts receive payment after the guest checks in, minus our service fee. Hosts are responsible for paying applicable taxes on their earnings.
Cancellation refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy selected by the host.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are set by hosts and displayed on each listing. Refund amounts depend on when the cancellation is made relative to the check-in date. Service fees may be non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- • Discriminate against any person based on protected characteristics
- • Post false or misleading information
- • Attempt to circumvent our fee structure
- • Harass or harm other users
- • Interfere with the operation of our platform
- • Use automated tools to access our services
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Airbnb Clone or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We provide our platform "as is" and make no warranties about its reliability or accuracy. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
